Reverse cycle air conditioning is a healthy way to cool or heat your home as it controls both the temperature and the humidity of the air without adding pollutants that can occur, but it works better still when combined with a good ventilation system.

Ventilation systems are very inexpensive to run and they reduce the heat stored in the roof space and the house itself so you don’t need to run air conditioning anywhere near as much.

Without proper ventilation, an airtight house can seal in harmful pollutants, such as carbon monoxide and moisture that can damage a house.

Our ventilation systems provide fresh air throughout your home all year-round reducing energy costs, mould, odours and condensation.

Odyssey

Odyssey

Odyssey is a smart, energy efficient, air cooling and ventilation system that can be used by itself for cooling, or in conjunction with an air conditioning system. Its thorough ventilation of the home removes odours, allergens and freshens the air.

The sleek roof mounted ventilator is connected through your roof space to a ceiling vent in the living area. Multiple sensors monitor internal and external temperatures and work out how best to maintain comfortable living environment within your home.

With the touch pad control system, you can set your preferred temperature or choose the BOOST feature to give your home a breath of fresh air. One Odyssey unit is suitable for homes with living space up to 150m² with two units recommended for homes with living spaces between 150m² – 300m².

How Odyssey Works

Odyssey is a smart, energy efficient, air exchange system for your home. It is designed to eliminate the heat that builds up in your home during the day so you don’t feel like you’re living in a hot box.

Here’s how it works:

  1. When the outside temperature falls below that of the inside, the Odyssey automatically switches to indoor cool mode to efficiently remove the heat from your space.
  2. Odyssey works overnight to cool down the walls and floors of your home which would otherwise continue to radiate the stored heat.
  3. During the day, when external temperatures are higher than inside home, the Odyssey works in roof cool mode to exhaust the hot air from your roof space.

The three operating modes combine to significantly lower air-conditioning running costs and deliver a more comfortable home for you and your family.

Airomatic Powered Roof Ventilation

Airomatic is a powered roof vent specifically designed to work harder on hotter days. The unit senses when the roof space reaches 30°C and switches on at low speed. Using inverter technology, the fan speed increases as the temperature rises helping to cool the roof space and reduce heat transfer through the air conditioning ducting. In colder months, it can reduce condensation build up that leads to dry rot and mould growth.
